These terms apply when you use fishingluresco.com or buy from Fishing Lures Co. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and prices
All prices are in US dollars. We confirm your order by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable or was priced in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.
Shipping and returns
Delivery and returns follow our Shipping and Returns & refunds policies.
Using our products
Lures carry sharp hooks: handle them with care and keep them away from children and pets. Follow your local fishing rules, including licences and any limits on hooks or lure types. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in person.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
